i took a look at ninanightmare's tumblr. any idea what enb they use?

DeleteI don't know the ENB she uses.
However, according to colors, palette and DOF, that's maybe Snapdragon + some tweaks. I recognize some unique profiles from snapdragon too.
You can ask her in my opinion, if you have a tumblr account.

I downloaded the CBBE version at the link, the names are not yet translated but the UUNP version are translated. The names are Hawaii Bikini and Island Bikini.
