Knight's Steel Armor UUNP (Idye) 4K

COMMENTARY

That's a very interesting armor.

First, this armor is a real heavy protection. The base is a chainmail (UUNP) and you can wear/add several parts (UUNP) to improve your protection. All pieces are seperate. So, you can create your own armor. From skimpy to full covered. That's what I like.
Second, this sort of armor is not the most common actually. Lots of armors/outfits are skimpy actualy, so, a real metal armor is very welcome to bring a balance in the world of conversions.
The style is very Jeanne d'Arc ( Joan of Arc click to know more about her), and I like this touch too.

So, first ingredients are great, aren't they?

The cape is HDT-PE. It moves....and very well. Nicely done. The effect is never "crazy".
The bodyslide quality is absolutly perfect. That's maybe the first time i try Siegmeyer's conversion and i admit, that's very clean...no clippings...all parts are perfectly adapted.

They fit well with the armor.

The armor reacts a lot to reflection (ENB).

That's difficult to give an opinion about textures. On some parts they are great (legs, gauntlets), on other parts they are a little bit stretched (shoulder, chest). You can see that on images. Is that the result of the conversion? I'm not sure.
The armor is a mix of 1K and 2K. Could be better in full 4K. In Skyrim, all metals are really better in 4K....that's more material....more cold and just more immersive.
Maybe the original modder doesn't have 4K available for this mod, that's what I think

Besides that, this armor is a very nice discovery and matches very well to the game. The cape is beautiful and the bodyslide is just perfect.
